摘要
文章简要介绍了高性能铝合金汽车底盘型材的生产工艺过程,通过优化6061的合金成分,制定合理的熔炼、铸造、挤压和热处理工艺,在70MN挤压机Ф420mm×1200mm挤压筒上,采用一种特殊的分流组合模单孔正向挤压生产方式,可以生产出综合性能良好,符合用户要求的高性能铝合金汽车底盘型材产品。
This paper briefly introduces the production process of high performance aluminum alloy car chassis profiles. By optimizing the composition of 6061,making reasonable melting,casting,extrusion and heat treatment process,using a special kind of shunt combination die single-hole forward extrusion production mode in Ф420 mm × 1200 mm extrusion cylinder of 70 MN extruder,it can produce high performance products and meet the requirements of the users.
