Study on Influence of Processing Rate and Heat Treatment System on UNS N04400 Alloy Pipe

文章研究不同加工率、退火制度对UNS N04400合金管材组织、性能的影响。研究表明,加工率在30%~80%范围内,退火温度在700℃~800℃之间,保温时间3h,可获得理想的组织及稳定的性能。

This paper presents the influence of different processing rate and annealing system on the organization and performance of UNS N04400 alloy pipe. The research shows when working rate is 30% ~ 80%,annealing temperature is700℃ ~ 800℃,holding time is 3 hours,the alloy pipe can achieve the ideal organization and stable performance.
