摘要 在油田开发生产过程中会产生大量的含油泥砂,含油泥砂的随意排放或简单堆放都会对地下水、地表水、大气和周围植被等环境造成污染,随着国家对环境保护的日益重视,含油泥砂的无害化处理越来越重要。大港南部油田经过探索试验,最终采用物理化学洗涤技术对含油泥砂进行处理并取得了成功,通过沉降、均质、洗涤、空化分离、离心分离等措施,实现了含油泥砂的分离、清洗和浮油回收利用,该技术解决了多年来含油泥砂四处堆放存在的安全环保问题,每年可处理含油泥砂5 000 m3,处理后泥中含油体积分数小于5%,砂中含油体积分数小于1%。 During the process of oilfield development and production,large amounts of oil sludge are produced,and the discharge at will or simple stack of oil sludge can pollute groundwater,surface water,atmosphere and surrounding vegetation.As the country is paying more and more attention to environmental protection, the harmless treatment of oil sludge is more and more important. Through exploration and tests, the southern part of Dagang Oilfield finally successfully uses the physiochemical washing technology to treat oil sludge. Through measures such as settlement, homogeneity, washing, cavitation separation and centrifugal separation, the separation, washing and recycling of oil sludge are realized. This technology can solve safety and environmental protection problems that oil sludge are stacked here and there for years here, deal with 5000 m3 of oil sludge per year. After the treatment,the volume fraction of oil in mud is less than 5%,and that of oil in sand is less than 1%.
