摘要
为了降低油田集输管网的投资,避免集输管网设计结果陷入局部最优,在进行优化设计的过程中提出了一种全局优化方法,把站址布局、管网参数同时设为系统变量,以集输管网总投资和运行费用作为优化目标,建立了一个全局优化数学模型,并采用遗传算法求解了该模型。计算结果表明,全局优化与分级优化相比提高了结果的全局性,有效节省了投资。
To reduce the cost of oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline network, and to avoid the local optimum of the result of gathering and transportation pipeline network design,a overall optimization method is put forward in the process of optimized design.It takes station site layout and pipe network parameters together as system variables and makes the total cost and operation fee of the gathering and transportation pipeline network as optimized objects function. Then an overall optimization mathematical model is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it.The calculation results show that compared with hierarchy optimization, overall optimization increases the overall importance of the result,which could save investment effectively.
