摘要
埕北油田电力组网中发电机组类型多样,特性差异大,网络结构复杂。针对电站存在的主发电机组为纯燃气式、平台黑网时无燃料气提供初始动力,以及主燃气发电机抗冲击能力差的问题进行专题研究。通过利用旧的双燃料机组的燃油模式,将双燃料机组、应急发电机、主燃气发电机等并网并制定各机组入网和退网程序,形成了专用的黑启动控制流程,制定了完善的电力组网及其EMS设计方案,有效地解决了不同类型机组间负荷平滑转移、复杂网络流程控制等问题。埕北油田复杂电力组网的投入运行,为海上平台复杂电力组网的构建与实施积累了宝贵经验,对海上油气田开发和生产具有重要的战略意义。
The generator set in the power network of Chengbei Oilfield has characteristics of various types,great difference of features and complex structure.Aimed at problems that when the main generator set is pure gas type and platform black net,there is no fuel gas to provide initial power,and the impact resistant ability of the main fuel gas generator is poor, monographic study is conducted.Through using the fuel oil mode of the duel-fuel generator set,the duel-fuel generator set,the emergency generator and the main fuel gas generator are merged,and the network access and network withdraw program are formulated, thus forming the special black start control flow, developing design schemes of the power network and EMS and effectively solving problems that smoothly transfer of load among different types of sets and complex network process control. The operation of the complex power network in Chengbei Oilfield has accumulated valuable experiences for the construction and implementation of the complex power network on offshore platforms, which is of great strategic significance to the development and production of offshore oil and gas fields.
