特大型排土场软弱地基胶带排土工艺研究

摘要 袁家村铁矿下盘排岩实际上是一个涉及上游尾矿废石筑坝、中部胶带排土机排岩及下游软弱地基堆载预压三个子系统的综合排土问题,三个子系统相互影响、综合作用,构成了袁家村铁矿胶带排岩系统投用初期排土作业的难题,属于一种新的排土工艺模式,国内尚没有类似的经验可以借鉴。所以,确定合理的胶带机排土工艺参数和移设参数,是保证排土机绝对安全作业以及与尾矿库废石上排筑坝和坡脚软弱地基堆载预压时空联动协调发展的关键。 Rock dumping of footwalls in Yuanjiacun iron ore mine is actually a comprehensive dumping problem involving three sub-systems of upstream tailings waste rock damming,rock dumping with conveyors and dumping plough in the middle and downstream soft foundation preloading.The three subsystems interact and affect each other,which constitute the problem of rock dumping system with conveyors for Yuanjiacun Iron Ore Mine during its early days of operation.It belongs to a dumping technology,and there is no similar experience in China that can learn from.Therefore,to determine reasonable conveyor dumping process parameters and relocation parameters is the key to ensure the absolute safe operation of dumping plough and space-time linkage coordinated development of waste rock damming at upper part of tailings pond and soft foundation preloading at slope toe of tailings pond.
