摘要
从城市长远发展看,提升慢行交通服务品质是城市发展的必由之路。一要结合补短板和公共空间建设,改善骑行交通网络和功能,对骑行交通的断点、标志标线、隔离设施等存量设施进行梳理完善。二要在共享单车核心使用场景和区域开展针对性改善,对社区、街区、公交枢纽或场站、民生服务设施等进行梳理,参照上海市15分钟社区生活圈规范导则进行系统化的规划设计,配套落实路权和停放设施,加强交通组织。在公交枢纽等需求较大的区域,积极试点非机动车立体停车设施。
From the long-term development of the city, improving the quality of traffic service is a necessary way for urban development. First,we should improve cycling traffic network and function by the combination of short board and public space, and perfect the existing storagebreakpoint of cycling traffic, mark marking, and isolation facilities. Second, improve the usagescenarios and regions with shared bicycles , sort out the community, neighborhoods, bus hubs or stations,livelihood services and other facilities , the planning and design should systematic way reference to the regulations of Shanghai 15-minute community living circle implement road rights and parking facilities, strengthen traffic organizations. In areas with greater demand such as bus hubs, we will actively pilot non-motor vehicle parking facilities.
