大型汽轮机三缸六排汽循环水连接方式经济性分析

摘要 针对大型汽轮机三缸六排汽循环水连接方式,本文采用设定条件的热力计算,循环水并联、串联、混联方式3种连接方式,形成的单压、双压、三压等关键技术进行了特性分析。结合某1000MW燃煤机组,3种连接方式的经济性热力计算,提出了推荐的循环水串联方式,使得机组供电煤耗比单压降低10.6kJ/kWh,节能效果显著。 For circulating water's connection mode of three cylinder six exhaust steam in large steam tur.bine,this paper uses the thermodynamic calculation that had set condition,three kinds of circulating wa.ter's connection mode:parallel,series,series-parallel,feature analysis is made that single pressure,doublepressure,tri-pressure,etc. key technologies had formed. In combination with a 1000MW coal-fired units,three kinds of connection mode of economic thermodynamic calculation is made,and put forward to the rec.ommended the series mode of circulating water, which makes the power supply coal consumption of unitthan single pressure to reduce 10.6 kJ/kWh ,energy-saving effect is remarkable.
