摘要
结合大型养路机械实际使用情况,阐述了液压油油温高的危害、液压油温升原理及大型养路机械液压油散热原理,分析液压系统过度发热的原因,并给出相应的预防措施:排除设计原因,在大型养路机械运用中注意液压油量的检查,做好散热设备的清洁及检修时液压元件的清洁工作,定期对液压油进行检测。对大型养路机械日常运用起到一定的指导作用,能有效避免由于液压油温度过高引发的一系列故障,并能减少由于避免液压油温度过高造成油液变质而更换的次数,从而能间接节约生产成本。
According to the actual use of large maintenance machinery, this paper expounds the harm ofhigh temperature of hydraulic fluid,the principle of temperature rise of hydraulic fluid and the principle oflarge maintenance machinery hydraulic fluid cooling,analyzes the reasons of excessive heat of the hydraulicsystem, and puts forward to corresponding preventive measures: excluding design reasons, in the use oflarge maintenance machinery ,we should check the hydraulic fluid amount, pay attention to cleaning thecooling equipment,cleaning of hydraulic components during overhaul,and regular testing of hydraulic fluid.It is a guiding role to the daily use of large maintenance machinery,can effectively avoid a series of faultcaused by hydraulic fluid temperature that is too high,and can reduce the frequency of the replacement ofhydraulic fluid that because of avoiding fluid deterioration caused by excessive high temperature,and can in?directly save production cost.
