某大型煤化工含盐污水系统自清洗过滤器频繁污堵,而设备自带的清洗流程已远不能清洗干净,严重影响超滤膜组运行,对自清洗过滤器系统进行拆检,发现是设备内部滤网的弯折处存在大量红棕色铁的胶状物和生物粘泥,判断为化学、生物和杂质共同作用造成。对此通过使用EDTA溶剂、自配化学清洗液、高压机械冲洗的方法进行处理。

Through the usage of EDTA dissolvent、self-makeup chemical cleaning fluid、high pressure mechanicalwashing method,the problems had been solved.
