摘要
以晋南旱地6个冬小麦品种(系)为研究对象,通过方差、通径、偏相关分析方法,分析小麦胚芽鞘长度与产量相关性状在不同播深条件下的变化规律。结果表明,不同处理在品种、播深、性状间均达到显著差异;在3 cm正常播深条件下,胚芽鞘长度通过千粒质量对产量性状有最大正向间接通径效应,且在二者间存在最大偏相关;当播深加大到9 cm时,短胚芽鞘品种洛旱23产量下降19.86%,中胚芽鞘品种晋麦47下降19.66%,而长胚芽鞘品系临科6349产量仅下降4.11%,适当深播更具优势。胚芽鞘长度与产量有较高的正偏相关系数,可作为旱地小麦育种的一类快速鉴选指标加以利用。
The change rules of wheat coleoptile length and yield related characters under different sowing depth were analyzed through six winter wheat cultivars in drylands of southern Shanxi, which used ANOVA, path analysis and partial correlation analysis three methods. The result showed that different treatments had significant variation between cultivars, sowing depth and traits. When sowing depth was 3 cm,coleoptile length had maximum indirect path effect to yield character by kilograin quality, which also had higher partial correlation coefficient with kilograin quality. When sowing depth was 9 cm, shorter coleoptile length Luohan 23 cultivar's yield declined19.86%, middle coleoptile length Jinmai 47 cultivar's yield also declined 19.66%. While longer coleoptile length Linke 6349 cultivar was more advantageous, its descent rate was 4.11% merely. Coleoptile length had higher positive partial correlation coefficient with crops' yield, which could be introduced as a rapid selection index in drylands' wheat breeding.
