摘要
我国农产品O2O面临模式不断创新、供应链资源不断整合、年轻一代消费者已经步入"社会化+本地化+移动化"消费时代的发展趋势,通过对农民专业合作社、农产品加工企业、批发市场、零售商等流通主体开展农产品O2O模式经营的分析,提出建设完善的数据处理中心、开拓客户资源手段、实现营销协同、打造快速高效的冷链物流配送、改造提升农产品流通主体运营能力等农产品O2O模式运行的保障机制。
