文章以顾客满意度为中心进行问卷设计和调查,分析乌鲁木齐市邮政速递物流服务优劣势,探讨影响新疆邮政速递客户满意度影响因素,提出促进新疆邮政速递物流业的发展对策,以提升其综合竞争实力。
In this paper, the questionnaire is designed and investigations are carried out with customer satisfaction as the center.It analyzes Urumqi post express logistics services advantages and disadvantages and explores influencing factors of the customersatisfaction of Xinjiang. It proposes to promote Xinjiang postal express logistics development strategy to enhance its overall com-petitive strength.
