基于AHP的铁路专用线开发建设模式研究

文章从铁路局的角度对当前铁路专用线的开发建设模式选择问题进行研究。分析目前铁路专用线4种开发建设模式,即分段建设、分层建设、企业建设和铁路建设。通过分析铁路专用线开发建设的相关影响因素,确定出铁路专用线开发建设的指标体系,采用层次分析法对各方案进行比选,最后得出分层建设为最优方案,为铁路局进行铁路专用线的开发建设模式选择提供参考。

In this paper, the development and construction mode selection of current railway special line is studied from the per-spective of railway administration. The paper analyzes 4 kinds of development and construction modes of railway special line,namely, sectional construction, hierarchical construction, enterprise construction and railway construction. The index system of thedevelopment and construction of special railway line is determined through the analysis of the influence factors of the developmentand construction of special railway line. The AHP method is used to compare and select four development and constructionschemes, and finally it is concluded that the hierarchical construction is the optimal scheme. This paper provides a reference forrailway administration to select the development and construction mode of the railway special line.
