摘要 对扁平密封结构设计进行核算、材料性能测试及结构有限元分析,并与常用O形密封圈进行对比。结果表明:扁平橡胶密封圈内径设计值可适当调整,其截面压缩率和总的压缩量较O形圈要小;其侧向稳定结构设计在牙轮轴向串动和有压差时,能防止在密封侧面在牙轮串动和压差存在时完全贴合于沟槽侧面,保持密封圈处于较合适的位置;有限元分析表明,在轴承内外压差的作用下扁平密封径向密封力增加迅速,在0.5 MPa时其径向密封力值与常用O形密封相当。扁平密封相比O形密封结构性能更加稳定,相同钻井工况下使用寿命更长。 This paper evaluates the structure of the flat sealing rings,tests the properties of material and analyzes the structure by finite element software,and then compares the results with common O-rings. The results show that the designed inner diameter of flat sealing rings can be appropriately adjusted,and the cross section compression ratio and the compression ratio of flat sealing rings are smaller than those of O-rings. What 's more,when axial movement occurs to gear wheels and there is pressure difference,the lateral stability design of the structure can prevent the sealing faces from completely touching the side of the groove and keep the sealing rings staying at a more appropriate position. The results of the finite element analysis show that the radial sealing force of flat sealing rings increases rapidly under the effect of the inside and outside pressure difference,and their radial sealing force is equal to that of O-rings at 0. 5 MPa. Compared with O-rings,flat sealing rings are more stable,and have a longer life at the same drilling condition.
