基于准二级压缩空气源热泵热水器的热力性能实验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Study on Thermodynamic Performance of Air Source Heat Pump Water Heaters Based on Quasi Two Stage Compression

摘要 对带中间经济器的准二级压缩低温空气源热泵热水器(HPWT)在不同外界环境温度下的换热性能和制热效果进行实验研究。研究了不同外界环境温度对HPWT的排气温度、回气温度、制热量、消耗功率及制热性能系数(COP)等主要参数的影响。研究表明:随着外界环境温度的降低,HPWT的制热量、能效比依次逐渐降低,在20℃到-15℃的外界环境温度,其制热量下降了64%,COP值下降了54%;加热400 L的冷水到55℃,所需时间差高达3倍之多。在外界环境温度为-15℃时,HPWT的COP值为1.80,较之直接用电制备生活热水,节能效果显著。实验研究对热泵热水器的实际应用具有一定的参考价值。 Heat transfer performance and heating efficiency of low temperature air-source heat pump water heaters(HPWT)(with quasi two stage compression and an intermediate economizer) were studied under different temperatures. Effects of temperatures on discharge temperature, back temperature, heating capacity, power consumption and coefficient of performance(COP) were investigated. The results show that heating capacity and COP of HPWT gradually reduce with the decrease of temperature. When the temperature changes from 20℃ to-15℃, the heat capacity and COP decrease by 64% and 54%, respectively. The heating time difference is over 3 times when heating 400 L cold water to 55℃. The COP value of HPWT is 1.80 when the outside temperature is-15℃, which is better than that of direct electric heating. These results may be applied for practical application of HPWT.
