摘要
以茶多酚、氯化锌为原料,碳酸氢钠调节溶液pH值,利用酚羟基与Zn^(2+)的络合反应,通过控制反应条件制备了一种茶多酚-Zn^(2+)的络合物(TPZ)。采用红外光谱、热失重分析和扫描电子显微镜技术对其结构和形态进行了表征。然后将TPZ应用到白炭黑补强的胎面胶中,研究了TPZ对胎面胶加工性能、物理机械性能和耐磨性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,TPZ应用在白炭黑填充的胎面胶中具有促进白炭黑分散、提高胎面胶强度、耐磨性和降低压缩疲劳生热的多重作用。当TPZ的加入量为1.5 phr(parts per hundred rubber)时,胎面胶具有最佳的综合性能。
Tea polyphenol-Zn^(2+) complex(TPZ) was prepared via phenolic hydroxyl-Zn^(2+) complexation using tea polyphenol(TP) and Zn Cl2 as raw materials and Na HCO3 as pH regulator. The chemical structure and properties of the complex were characterized by infrared spectrum(IR), thermogravimetic analysis(TGA), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). It was then used in tread stock preparation to investigate its effects on processing, physio-mechanical and abrasive properties of tread stock. The results show that TPZ can improve silica dispersion, tensile strength and abrasion resistance of tread stock, and it also decreases heat build-up. Moreover, tread stock shows better performance when the TPZ content is 1.5 phr(parts per hundred rubber).
