摘要
通过对2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢大直径封头采用埋弧焊(交流)方法拼接后整体热成形,再经正火(水加速冷却)+回火恢复材料性能热处理和模拟焊后热处理后的性能试验,表明封头拼缝的力学性能、抗回火脆化敏感性和高温持久试验均满足ASME BPVC.Ⅷ.2及API 934-A规范要求。同时,对封头本体拼缝取样进行各项性能检验,证明该封头拼缝的制造工艺合理可行。
The large diameter head made of 2.25 Cr-1 Mo-0.25 V steel plate was integrally hot formed after the completion of spliced weld by submerged arc welding method( AC),then was performed normalizing( water accelerated cooling) and tempering heat-treatment for material property recovery and simulate post weld heat treatment,finally the spliced weld of head was testified that mechanical properties,tempering embrittlement resistance,and high temperature creep rupture strength all meet ASME BPVC. Ⅷ. 2 &API 934-A specifications. Meanwhile,specimen taken from the spliced weld of head body was performed each items of mechanical property test,which finally proves the feasibility of this manufacturing process of spliced weld.
