摘要
介绍了目前常用的几种内腐蚀检测技术,采用组合检测方法对原油装车汇管进行了现场检测,结果表明该检测方法能有效检测出管道的内腐蚀缺陷。结合现场检测结果及管线的工艺情况,对管线的内腐蚀原因进行了初步分析,发现介质含水、流动速度低、管线存在高程差等情况导致的底部积水是管线底部出现腐蚀的主要原因。
Several commonly used internal corrosion testing techniques are introduced,and a combination of testing methods is used to inspect the crude oil loading pipe. The test results show that the test method can effectively detect the internal corrosion defects of the pipelines. Based on the field test results and the pipeline process conditions,the internal corrosion of the pipeline was analyzed. It is found that the bottom water accumulation caused by the low water content,low flow velocity and pipeline elevation is the main cause of corrosion at the bottom of the pipeline.
