摘要 结合易燃、易爆等介质气瓶安全管理现状,介绍了研发基于国家自主密码算法的气瓶电子标签及其读写器的背景、安全性要求、射频模块和通信协议。针对液化石油气瓶充装流水线,攻克了防伪、定位、防爆等技术难题,开发了气瓶快速识别处理装置及其应用系统。气瓶快速识别处理装置由主控设备、标签读写设备、气动控制设备、电机控制设备和机械设备组成,通过天线和传动装置实现充装流水线上气瓶的精准定位和数据读写。基于电子标签的气瓶快速识别处理应用系统可分为电机控制、充前检查管理、气瓶充装统计和数据交互4个子系统,满足气瓶定位、气瓶电子标签信息采集的准确、高效等要求,可提升气瓶管理自动化水平,保障气瓶安全运行。 Combining with the status quo of safety management of gas cylinder with flammable and explosive medium,the research and development background,security requirements,RF module and communication protocol of electronic label and its reader for gas cylinder based on National Autonomic Cipher Algorithm were introduced.Aiming at the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder filling line,a series of technical problems such as anti-counterfeit,read-write positioning and explosion-proof were solved during the research.Rapid recognition processing device of gas cylinder and its application system were developed.The rapid identification processing device is composed of main control equipment,label reading and writing equipment,pneumatic control equipment,motor control equipment and mechanical equipment.The accurate positioning and data reading and writing of the gas cylinder on the filling line are realized through the antenna and transmission device.The application system contains 4 subsystems,which are motor control,charge management,filling statistics and data interaction subsystems respectively,and which can meet the requirements for gas cylinder positioning,accuracy and efficiency of electronic label information acquisition,and which can enhance the level of automation,guarantee the safe operation of gas cylinders and city public security.
