Optimization and Modification of Waste Heat Boiler in High Sulfur Natural Gas Purification Plant

摘要 普光气田天然气净化装置尾气焚烧炉余热锅炉系统由于设备腐蚀失效,造成排烟温度超高及装置的频繁停车,由此带来了较大的安全隐患、经济损失以及环保的压力。通过对余热锅炉系统的故障原因分析,提出了相应的改造措施。改造后的余热锅炉系统相比原系统排烟温度降低了30℃,回收了更多热量,也降低了装置的故障频率,保障了装置平稳运行。 The failure of equipment corrosion in Pu-Guang gas purification plant caused high exhausting gas temperature and its corrosion leakage caused frequent shut-down,which resulted directly the source of hidden danger and economic loss and brought the problem of environmental protection by high exhausting gas temperature.The reasons for waste heat boiler system failure were analyzed,corresponding measures were put forward as well.After treatment the exhausting gas temperature decreased about 30℃ with more heat recovered,and more stable operation and the lower frequency of failure.
