摘要
管道泄漏监测研究具有重要的意义和应用价值。文章提出了基于负压波检测的管道泄漏监测系统,主要包括泄露定位,泄漏报警,数据管理和数据通信等四个功能模块。系统首先采用NI数据采集卡采集声压波数据,然后利用变分模式分解算法进行信号噪声去除,接着信号互相关算法计算时间差,最后利用声压波检测公式计算泄露源的位置。实验结果表明,系统可以自适应去除信号噪声,具有定位准确,应用性强的优点。
Research on pipeline leak monitoring has important significance and applied value. A pipeline leakage monitoring system was proposed based on negative pressure wave detection. The proposed system was composed of four function modules of leakage location, leakage alarm, data management and data communication. Firstly, the sonic pressure wave data was collected via the NI data acquisition card. Then the signal noise was filtered via the variational mode decomposition algorithm. Next, the time difference was calculated by the signal cross-correlation algorithm. Finally, the location of the leak source was obtained by using the sound pressure wave detection formula. Experimental results show that the system can adaptively remove the signal noise and has the advantages of accurate positioning and wide applicability.
