简述了我国TFT-LCD基板玻璃市场现状,TFT-LCD基板玻璃主要成分与理化性能,以及对比3种主流制造工艺的主要技术指标,提出G8.5及以上高世代基板玻璃是国内企业无法生产的,应重视浮法生产高世代基板玻璃工艺的开发应用,以适应于我国的液晶面板产业的快速发展。
This paper describes the TFT-LCD substrate glass market present situation in China, and main ingredients and physical and chemical propertiesofTFT-LCD substrate glass, and compared three kinds of main manufacturing technology of the main technical indexes. Domestic enterprisesare unable to produce G8.5 and above high generationsubstrate glass, So we should attach importance to float glass production development and application of high generation substrate glass process so as to adapt to the rapid development of the liquid crystal panel industry in China.
