随着平板显示技术的发展,超薄浮法电子玻璃得到了快速发展,其对玻璃质量的要求越来越高,玻璃均匀性的状况已经成为评判产品质量的重要标准。本文借助断面条纹图像,分析玻璃均匀性出现波动的影响因素,进而为生产中保持玻璃均匀性的稳定提供理论依据。

With the development of flat panel display technology, the ultra-thin float glass has been developed rapidly. The demand for glass quality is getting higher and higher. The glass uniformity has become an important standard to judge the product quality. In this paper, with the help of the cross-sectional fringe pattern, the influencing factors of the uniformity of glass are analyzed, which will provide a theoretical basis for the stability of glass uniformity during the production.
