摘要
电熔玻璃窑炉采用电助熔为主,全氧燃气加热为辅的熔制方式,基于其加热特点,对原料中硅砂的粒度要求考虑适当调整,通过实际使用结果及理论知识探讨硅砂细粉(粒度<90 μm)含量放宽的可行性。
The melting method of raw materials in glass furnace is mainly in electric melting mode and takes the oxy-fuel combustion as support-melting mode. As the melting characteristics, the grain size of silica sand in raw materials should be adjusted properly. The relaxation feasibility of the content of fine silica sand powder ( granularity is less than 90 (im) in raw materials was discussed on the basis of practical results and theory
