摘要 介绍了红外辐射涂料节能原理及其在玻璃窑炉上的应用。实践表明,玻璃窑炉喷涂红外辐射涂料后,玻璃液单耗从8 589 kJ/kg降至7 923 kJ/kg,蓄热室格子体顶部温度(即烟气温度)平均降低27℃,碹顶外表面温度总体平均降低了19℃,左、右侧胸墙外表面温度分别下降18℃、22℃。通过数据表明,红外辐射涂料应用于玻璃熔窑,能够有效提高热利用率,减少燃料消耗,延长玻璃熔窑使用寿命,实现节能减排的目的。 The energy saving principle of infrared radiation coating and its application in glass furnace are introduced. Practical application showed that the energy consumption of the glass liquid per kg dropped from 8 589 kJ/kg to 7 923kJ/ kg, and the temperature of the top of regenerator checker and outside surface of arch, the left and right side of the breast wall surface decreased by 27 ℃, 19 ℃, 18 ℃ and 22 ℃ when the glass furnace sprayed with infrared radiation coating. The above data show that the application of infrared radiation coating in glass furnace can effectively improve the heat utilization rate, reduce fuel consumption, prolong the service life of glass furnace, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
