摘要
【目的】本文研究黑加仑品种对盐胁迫的耐受性,这为选育适宜盐碱地区推广应用的品种具有理论意义和实际价值。【方法】以俄罗斯4个优良黑加仑品种1年生苗为试验材料,通过不同盐胁迫浓度(0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%)处理苗木30d,测定其生理指标,系统比较各指标的适应性变化及其差异性分析。【结果】随着盐胁迫程度的加深,各品种可溶性糖含量均呈上升趋势;可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量总体上均有上升的趋势,部分品种的可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后降低趋势;MDA含量总体上呈现出S型变化趋势;电解质的外渗率总体呈上先上升后逐渐下降趋势。【结论】黑加仑4个品种苗均能耐受一定程度的盐胁迫,各品种耐盐性强弱排序为拉玛>克修沙>斯塔别恩克>杂交新星。
【Objective】The study aims to further clarify the tolerance of different Ribes nigrum L. varieties to salt stress. This has the theoretical significance and practical value for breeding varieties suitable for popularization and application in saline area.【Method】Different verities of Ribes nigrum L. were taken as the experimental materials. The physiological indexes under the different of salt stress( 0 %,0. 2 %,0. 4%,0. 6 %) were measured,and comparison of the adaptability of each index in the system and its difference Analysis.【Result】With the deepening of salt stress,soluble sugar content were increased; The protein content and free proline content level showed that overall were increasing,protein content in some varieties were increased at the beginning and then decreased; The MDA content showed a general trend of S-type; The REC were increased at the beginning and then decreased.【Conclusion】Comprehensive analysis of the physiological indexes,different varieties of Ribes nigrum L. seedlings can tolerate a certain degree of salt stress,different varieties of Ribes nigrum L. salt tolerance strength as follows: Lama > Kesiusha > Stabenka > Gibrit.
