贵州修文猕猴桃根结线虫的发生种类与鉴定 被引量:9

摘要 【目的】明确贵州修文县猕猴桃根结线虫发生情况及危害种类,为该地根结线虫的防治奠定基础。【方法】在修文猕猴桃主产区采集分离根结线虫,经形态观察、rDNA-ITS区及特异性序列分析鉴定。【结果】该线虫雌成虫会阴花纹有高而方的背弓,由平滑形线纹组成,线纹呈波浪状,细到粗,有些线纹在侧面分叉,无明显侧线,特异性扩增片段序列与NCBI数据库中的南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的序列(登录号:JN005841.1.1)相似度为100%。表明,此线虫为南方根结线虫。【结论】贵州修文猕猴桃根结线虫危害种类主要为南方根结线虫。 【Objective】This paper aimed to explore occurrence status and species of root knot nematodes in kiwifruit orchards and lay a foundation for control of Meloidogyne incognita in Xiuwen county,Guizhou. 【Method】The morphology,rDNA-ITS and specific sequence of root knot nematodes collected from main producing region of kiwifruit in Xiuwen county were analyzed and identified. 【Result】The perineal pattern of female root knot nematode adult had a high and square-shaped dorsal arch composed of wavy smooth lines from thin to thick and some lines were bifurcated on the side without an obvious lateral line. The similarity between sequence of specific amplified fragment and sequence of Meloidogyne incognita in NCBI Database( Accession number: JN005841. 1. 1) reached 100 %,which indicated that the root knot nematode belonged to Meloidogyne incognita.【Conclusion】The root knot nematode endangering kiwifruit is Meloidogyne incognita mainly in Xiuwen county,Guizhou.
