摘要
温湿度传感器是应用广泛的计量器具,文章根据JJF1076-2001《湿度传感器校准规范》,对温湿度传感器湿度测量结果的不确定度进行了系统的分析,并给出了各校准点的扩展不确定度。
The temperature and humidity sensor is a widely used measuring instrument. This paper is based on JJF1076-2001＂Humidity Sensor Calibration Specification＂. The uncertainty of humidity measurement result of temperature and humidity sensor is analyzed systematically and the extended uncertainty of each calibration point is given.
