摘要
雷达车辆要求在其平台上安装具有升降功能的设备。该文介绍了一种三点支撑方式的电动升降平台,讨论了升降平台的机电架构、硬件组成、操作过程和三点同步控制方法。分析了平台底座采用球头的连接形式,构建了相应的结构模型,并实现了有限元仿真。经过试验验证表明,设计的升降平台结构新颖,刚性好,承载能力强,操作方便可靠,满足了某型雷达车辆的升降要求。
The radar vehicle requires the installation of lifting equipment on the platform.In this paper,a electric lifting platform with three-point supports is introduced.The mechanical and electrical structure,hardware composition,operation step and three-point synchronous control method of the lifting platform are discussed.The spherical connection form of the platform base is analyzed,the corresponding structural model is established,and the finite element simulation is realized.The verification test shows that the designed lifting platform has the advantages of new structure,good rigidity,strong carrying capacity,convenient operation and reliable performance.The lifting platform meets the requirements of a certain radar vehicle.
