摘要 [目的]研究叶面喷施腐植酸钾对谷子光合特性及产量的影响。[方法]以张杂谷10号谷子品种为材料,在孕穗期分别喷施不同浓度(0,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.8%)腐植酸钾,对谷子株高、茎粗、叶片SPAD值、光合参数及产量构成进行测定。[结果]不同浓度处理下,谷子株高、茎粗先升高后降低,在0.1%和0.2%浓度时均增加显著,较对照分别增加了3.44%、2.78%和9.93%、17.90%;叶片SPAD值、净光合速率(Pn)均升高,在0.2%浓度时均达最大值,SPAD值较对照平均增加11.8%,净光合速率增加26.38%;胞间CO2浓度(Ci)降低;蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)均呈先升高后降低的趋势。穗长、穗粗、穗重、穗粒重、千粒重在喷肥后均增加,码数则先增加后减少,各产量构成指标均在0.2%时最大。[结论]本试验中,孕穗期喷施腐植酸钾浓度为0.2%时最佳,谷子叶片SPAD值、净光合速率及产量构成指标均达到最大。 [Objective]The objective of the study was to analyze the effect of HA-K at different concentrations on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of Foxtail millet.[Methods]Field trials were conducted by foliar spraying HA-K at different concentrations(0,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.8%)at the booting stage of Zhangzagu 10.The difference in plant height,stem diameter,SPAD value,photosynthetic parameters,and grain yield were measured and analyzed.[Results]Results showed that plant height and stem diameter were boosted with the increase of the concentration,then decrease,and significant increase(P<0.05)was observed in 0.1%,and 0.2%treatments,by 3.44%,2.78% and 9.93%,17.90%,respectively.SPAD activity and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of the leaves were increased in all treatments with the greatest values detected in 0.2%treatment which induced SPAD activity by 11.8%,and Pn by 26.38%.The internal CO2 concentration(Ci)of leave were decreased,while the transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Gs)were increased with rising concentration up to 0.2%.The ear length,ear thickness,ear weight,ear grain weight and 1000-grain weight were increased in all treatments,and ear yardage was increased with the concentration increase,and then decreased,and the greatest increase of all grain yield components were detected in 0.2% concentration treatment.[Conclusion]Under the conditions of present experiment,the application of HA-K at 0.2 % produced the best results at the booting stage with the biggest increase in SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate and yield components of millets.
