青海地区防污闪涂料油老化性能分析

摘要 采用45号克拉玛依变压器油对青海地区硫化硅橡胶(简称RTV)进行室温(20~27℃)、70℃及120℃加速老化试验,模拟变压器套管渗油及染污过程,对涂覆RTV的10 k V变压器套管(以下简称试验套管)油老化后进行污闪试验。经过油老化后,高温变压器油被吸入试样本体,RTV结构破坏,其表面变得均匀致密,静态接触角略有下降,试验套管经油老化后污闪电压高于未涂覆RTV套管,变压器油及致密表面结构严重限制小分子物质迁移,故憎水迁移性变差。 Accelerated aging test of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber ( RTV) at room temperature of 70 ℃ and 120℃ in Qinghai area was carried out by using 45# Karamay transformer oil to simulate the oil leakage and pollution process of transformer casing. RTV 10 kV transformer coated casing oil after the pollution flashover test, after the oil aging, high temperature transformer oil is sucked into the sample body, RTV structure damage, the surface becomes uniform and compact, a slight decrease in static contact angle, the test casing After the oil aging pollution flashover voltage is higher than the uncoated RTV casing, transformer oil and dense surface structure seriously restrict the migration of small molecules, so the hydrophobic mobility of the deterioration.
