摘要
为了治理桑树坪煤矿3~#煤层煤壁片帮以及提高单产、改善工作面作业环境问题,通过理论分析和计算对桑树坪煤矿煤壁深孔注水工艺进行了研究,确定出注水参数为:注水孔深度8 m、孔间距5 m,注水压力为3~8 MPa,单孔注水时间为40 min,采用循环阶梯的方式进行注水。桑树坪煤矿煤壁深孔注水基本解决了工作面煤壁片帮问题,提高了采煤机开机率,技术经济效果显著。
In order to control the rib spalling of 3~#coal seam,increase the yield and improve the working environment in Sangshuping coal mine,the deep-hole water injection process for coal wall was researched by using the theoretical analysis method,and the water injection parameters were obtained: the borehole depth of water injection is 8m,the borehole spacing is 5m,the water injection pressure is 3 ~ 8MPa,the water injection time per borehole is 40 min and the water injection mode is circular step type. By using deep-hole water injection for coal wall in Sangshuping coal mine,the rib spalling was controlled,the operation rate of shearer was improved and the technical and economic effect was increased.
