浅议陕西煤矿职业病危害防治工作

Discussion on the prevention and controlling of coal mine occupational hazard in Shaanxi

通过对陕西各级政府、监管监察部门和各煤矿企业在贯彻落实《职业病防治法》《国家职业病防治规划(2009-2015)》和《煤矿作业场所职业病危害防治规定》(国家安全监管总局73号令)、加强职业病防治、保护矿工健康方面所做工作的简要回顾,总结了取得的成绩,分析了存在的问题和不足,提出进一步加强职业病危害防治的建议和意见。

This paper briefly reviewed the work of the governments at all levels in Shaanxi,the supervision departments and coal mine enterprises about implementing 'The Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases','The National Planning on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases from 2009 to 2015'and'Regulations on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases in the Coal Mine Workplaces',strengthening the prevention and control of the occupational diseases,and protecting the miners' health. The achievement has been summarized,the problems and deficiencies have been analyzed,and suggestions and opinions on further strengthening prevention and control of the occupational hazards have been put forward.
