采购寻源及供应商管理系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of the procurement source and supplier management system

为了探索信息技术在采购工作中的应用,设计和开发出适合神东公司内部应用的采购寻源及供应商管理系统。通过业务流程和需求分析,给出了采用三层结构的系统开发框架、系统数据模型和数据表设计;通过时序图描述了采购方案管理、采购寻源、合同管理、供应商管理四个功能模块的详细设计,重点讨论了采购方案创建、采购推荐子功能;最后,针对上述功能模块,给出了功能实现效果图和编码实现过程。同时,介绍了系统测试方法,验证了系统功能的正确性。

In order to explore the application of information technology in the procurement,the procurement source and supplier management system for Shendong Coal Group was designed and developed. By analysis of business process and demand,the system development framework based on three-layer structure,the system data model and the data sheet design were provided. The design of four functional modules including procurement plan management,procurement source,contract management and supplier management was described by sequence diagram,and the creation of procurement plan and sub function of procurement recommendation were emphasized. According to the functional module,the function realization renderings and coding implementation process was provided,the system test method was introduced,and the correctness of the system function was verified.
