摘要
针对清水营煤矿+786水平临时水仓出现的底板底鼓严重、围岩收敛变形量大的问题,设计采用了灌注式钢管混凝土支架支护技术。该技术的单个支架承载能力可达200 t以上,为U型钢支护的3~4倍。现场反馈表明,采用灌注式钢管混凝土技术取得了良好的支护效果,为深井软岩巷道支护提出了新的技术途径。
Aiming at the problems of serious floor heave and large deformation of the surrounding rock of the + 786 level temporary sump in Qingshuiying Coal Mine,the perfusion-type concrete-filled steel tube support technology was adopted.The bearing capacity of single support can reach 200 tons,which can be 3 ~ 4 times for U-type steel support. According to the on-site feedback,the technology got good support effect,which can provide new technical approach for the support of soft rock roadway.
