多源灾害影响下神新能源公司安全管理措施研究

Study on the safety management measures under the influence of multi-source disaster in Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Company

神新能源公司煤矿条件复杂多变,受水、火、瓦斯与冲击地压等多源灾害的威胁。因此,要想实现煤炭的可持续发展,建立合理可靠的安全管理措施是重中之重。针对神新能源公司多源灾害的现状,分析了安全事故产生的诱因,总结了安全生产中的问题,给出了有针对性的安全管理措施。经现场验证,这些措施可行有效,可为类似矿井的安全管理工作提供借鉴。

In the coal mines of Shenhua Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.,the mining conditions are complex,which threatened by multi-source disasters such as water,fire,gas,rock burst and so on. In order to realize the sustainable development of coal industry,it is of uppermost priority to establish reasonable and reliable safety management measures. According to the present situation of multi-source disasters,the causes of safety accidents were analyzed,the problems in safety production were summarized,and the safety management countermeasures were put forward. The field verification shows that these measures are feasible and effective,which can provide reference for the safety management of similar mines.
