结合煤矿实际分析了不安全行为发生的原因及加强控制不安全行为易发人群的重要性,在此基础上,提出了不安全行为易发人群甄别方法及管控策略,有效地减少人的不安全行为,控制事故的发生,促进煤矿企业生产经营的健康发展。

Combined with the actual situation of the coal mine,the causes of unsafe behavior and the importance of strengthening the control of people susceptible to unsafe behavior were analyzed,the discrimination method and control strategy for people susceptible to unsafe behavior were proposed,which effectively reduced the unsafe behavior of people,controlled the occurrence of accidents,and promoted the healthy development of production and operation of coal mine enterprises.
