摘要
针对液压支架在大项修过程中遇到的双伸缩立柱二级缸导向套拆解、电液主控阀试液和油缸口打磨等问题,提出了设计制作电液控制憋压系统和相应工装设备,解决了维修难题,提高了工效。
Aiming at the problems of the disassembly of guide sleeve of double telescopic column two-stage cylinder,the test solution of electro-hydraulic main control valve and the cylinder end grinding in the overhaul of hydraulic support,the electro-hydraulic control pressure-out system and corresponding equipment were proposed,the maintenance problem was solved and the work efficiency was improved.
