摘要 随着煤矿井下设备自动化、数字化、智能化程度的不断提高,作为综采工作面主要运输设备的刮板输送机,需要满足设备日益大型化、高速化、连续化运转的需求,所以有必要研制一种用于煤矿井下刮板输送设备的健康管理设备健康管理系统,以降低故障停机率,提高设备生产效率。本文对刮板机设备健康管理系统的主要研究内容、关键技术及实现方法等内容进行了阐述,编制了刮板输送机常见故障的推理机制和关键零部件寿命预估规则,建立了刮板输送机设备健康管理系统的基本模型。 Along with the automation of coal mine equipment,digital,intelligent level continues to improve,as the scraper conveyor of fully mechanized mining face the main transportation equipment,equipment to meet the growing needs of large-scale,high-speed and continuous operation needs,health management and health management system equipment,so it is necessary to develop a scraper conveying equipment used in coal mine,to reduce the rate of failure,improve the production efficiency of equipment. The content of this paper mainly studies key technology on content,health management system and realization method of the scraper conveyor equipment were described. The preparation of the common fault of the scraper conveyor and reasoning mechanism and key components life prediction rules,establish the basic model of scraper conveyor equipment health management system.
