摘要
遥控器作为空调器的标配部件在行业内广泛使用,处于成本、功耗等因素的考虑空调遥控器大都使用红外发射接收方式,通常空调器厂家标称的遥控接收距离在8-10 m,但由于受到外围因素的影响,有些产品很难达到这个遥控距离。本文对遥控器的基本原理做了简单的阐述,对影响遥控距离的因素逐一进行分析,这包括红外发射头的发射功率、红外发射管的晶元面积及发射角度、面板透光率对红外接收的影响、电磁波污染对红外接收头的影响。文章对面板透光率以及直流电机所造成的遥控接收距离差异进行了数据测试采集。希望本文可以给读者在解决红外遥控接收距离问题上带来帮助。
Remote control as standard components of air conditioner is widely used in the industry,in consideration of the cost and the power consumption of air-conditioning remote control most of the use of infrared transmitting and receiving mode,remote control distance of air conditioner manufacturers usually in nominal 8-10 m,but due to the impact of external factors,some products are difficult to achieve the remote control distance. This article described briefly the basic principle of remote control,remote control distance of influence factors are analyzed,including the transmission power,the infrared emission head of infrared emission tube wafer area and emission angle,panel transmittance on impact,infrared receiving electromagnetic wave pollution on the infrared receiving head. In this article,data acquisition is carried out on the light transmittance of panel and the remote control receiving distance caused by DC motor. I hope this article can help readers to solve the problem of infrared remote control receiver distance.
