In industry 4. 0,using big data to establish intelligent equipment management system is very important for the coal industry and even all modern equipment managers. By reviewing the process of the industrial revolution,combined with China’s national conditions,the problems existing in equipment management in Shendong equipment maintenance center were discussed,the new intelligent management,maintenance strategy and information security measures were proposed,and the change and innovation of equipment management which brought by the industry 4. 0 was analyzed.
