单侧扇形调刀割煤工艺在综放面架前冒顶的应用

摘要 保德煤矿81502综放工作面在回采期间,矿压显现明显,导致架前冒顶频繁,工作面顶板管理困难。通过对工作面架前冒顶原因分析,采用"单侧扇形调刀割煤工艺"治理综放工作面架前冒顶,可保证综放工作面尽快摆脱冒顶区域,提高断面顶煤稳定性并改善支架工况。 During the mining of No. 81502 fully-mechanized caving face in Baode Coal Mine,the strata behaviors is obvious,the roof falls frequently and the roof management of the working face is difficult. By analysis of the cause of roof-falling in front of support,by using the single-side fan-shaped adjustment coal cutting process to control roof-falling in front of support,the fully-mechanized caving face which pass through the roof fall area as soon as possible was ensured,the stability of top coal was raised and the working condition of support was improved.
