摘要
智能变电站是智能电网中的重要组成部分,其是否具有合理科学的功能架构,对整个电网是否能安全、稳定运行,以及是否能显著提高供电服务水平产生巨大影响。因此,要想充分发挥智能变电站在智能电网运行过程中的积极作用,就需要借助一定的设计原则对其进行合理设计,以便更好地满足新时期电能用户的用电需求。本文就智能变电站的功能架构及设计原则,进行了深入的研究。
Smart substation is an important part of smart grid. Whether it has a reasonable and scientific function framework will have a great impact on whether the whole power grid can operate safely and stably,and whether it can significantly improve the level of power supply service. Therefore,if we want to give full play to the positive role of smart substation in the operation of smart grid,we need to design it rationally with some design principles,so as to better meet the demand of electricity users in the new era. In this paper,the functional structure and design principles of intelligent substation are studied in depth.
