摘要
临时工在当今社会发展中的出现成为必然。这一群体的比例在不断扩大,发挥的作用也越来越大,然而,他们很少受到关注,也没有针对他们的激励方式。通过分析陕西省一三九煤田地质水文地质有限公司对临时工激励的现状,结合临时工的自身特点,提出了企业对临时工的薪酬激励、工作激励、人性化管理手段激励等方式和途径。
It is inevitable for the emergence of casual workers in present social development. The proportion of this group is expanding,and the role it plays is more important. However,they received little attention and no incentive. By analysis of the present situation of incentive for casual workers in Shaanxi No. 139 Coalfield Geology and Hydrogeology Co.,Ltd.,combined with the characteristics of casual workers,the ways of the enterprise to casual workers,such as salary motivation,work motivation and humanized management incentives were proposed.
