摘要
煤矿用带式输送机将原煤从工作面提升至地面,是保证矿井高产、高效的重要设备。通过对目前矿井胶带机配电控制系统与机械机构的分析,在矿井胶带机控制实现信息化的基础上,进一步提出了智能化胶带机设计思路及研究方向。
Mine belt conveyor continuously transports coal from the mining face to the ground,which ensures the mine high production and high efficiency. Through the analysis of electrical control system and mechanical structure of belt conveyors used in coal mines,on the basis of realizing the information of mine belt conveyor control,the design ideas and research directions of the intelligent belt conveyor were put forward.
