掘进机机载临时支护的改造与应用

掘进机机载临时支护在长期使用过程中,由于大架两侧的侧护板销轴安装座容易出现变形、断裂等问题,导致侧护板下落而不贴顶,存在安全隐患。通过对掘进机机载临时支护大架进行改造,增强了机载临时支护的安全可靠性,取得了良好的效果。

The on-board temporary support of roadheader in the process of long-term use,the side plate pin mounting seat on both sides of the frame is easy to deformation and fracture,so the side panel has potential safety hazard. By the modification of big frame of roadheader＇s on-board temporary support,the safety and reliability of on-board temporary support was enhanced and good results were achieved.
