中国神华能源股份有限公司神东分公司(以下简称"神东公司")辅助运输车辆约有3 100台,点多面广,造成辅助运输车辆资产管理难度较大。通过合理定编、改变考核办法、积极盘活资产等手段,来提高车辆利用率,降低辅助运输车辆运营成本。

There are about 3100 vehicles for mine auxiliary transportation over a broad area in Shendong Company,which is difficulty in vehicle asset management. Through the rational allocation,changing assessment methods,making an inventory of assets and other means,the vehicle utilization rate was improved and the operation cost of auxiliary transport vehicles was reduced.
