观察预防跌倒细节护理对老年患者发生意外骨折的影响

目的观察预防跌倒细节护理对老年患者发生意外骨折的影响。方法选取2014年5月9日~2017年7月7日临床护理管理信息系统中的患者83例,对比分析预防跌倒细节护理实施前后业务水平、预防跌倒细节护理实施前后满意度。结果实施预防跌倒细节护理后专业水平、服务态度、制度实施以及职责履行等业务水平均显著高于实施前,经统计学对比分析后,P<0.05,差异显著;实施前患者总满意率为80.72%,实施后患者总满意率为96.38%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.0444,P=0.0015<0.05)。1个月后意外骨折发生率为37.34%,3个月后意外骨折发生率为22.89%,6个月后意外骨折发生率为10.84%,1年后意外骨折发生率为2.40%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施预防跌倒细节护理能够显著降低老年患者发生意外骨折的几率,护理效果较佳,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing on preventing accidental fracture in elderly patients. Methods 83 cases of clinical nursing management information system from May 9, 2014 to July 7, 2017 were selected.The professional level and the satisfaction before and after the implementation of detailed nursing care for falls prevention were comparatively analyzed. Results The professional level, service attitude, system implementation and duty performance after the implementation of fall prevention detail nursing were significantly higher than those before implementation, There was statistical difference, P 〈0.05; Before implementation, the total satisfaction rate of patients was 80.72%, and the total satisfaction rate of patients after implementation was 96.38%, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=10.0444, P=0.0015〈0.05）. After 1 months, the incidence of unexpected fracture was 37.34%, the incidence of unexpected fracture was 22.89% after 3 months, the incidence of unexpected fracture was 10.84% after 6 months, and the incidence of unexpected fracture was 2.40% after 1 years, The difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing to prevent falls can significantly reduce the chance of accidental fracture in elderly patients, the nursing effect is better, and the clinical application value is higher.
