腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术中应用人性化护理的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis on the application of humanized nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy

目的选取行腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术的患者为研究对象,探究应用人性化护理的可行性及临床效果。方法研究对象为2015年10月~2017年5月于我院采取腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术治疗的女性患者102例,随机平均分为试验组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组采取常规护理措施,试验组在接受常规护理基础上给予人性化护理措施。患者住院时间、手术时间、肛门排气时间及术后肠蠕动时间等指标在护理结束后比较,统计分析护理满意度及焦虑、抑郁情况。结果试验组患者住院、手术、肛门排气及术后肠蠕动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时试验组患者焦虑、抑郁情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在行腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术的患者中应用人性化护理模式能够缩短患者住院、手术、肛门排气及术后肠蠕动时间,缓解不良情绪,提高患者护理满意度及治疗效果,值得继续推广。

Objective To study the feasibility and clinical effect of the application of humanized nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods The subjects were 102 female patients who were treated by laparoscopic myomectomy from October 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group was given humanistic nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.The patients＇ hospitalization time,operative time,anal exhaust time and postoperative bowel peristalsis time were compared after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression were statistically analyzed. Results The time of hospitalization,operation,anal exhaust and postoperative intestinal peristalsis in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,and the anxiety and depression of the experimental group were better than thosein the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing mode in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy can shorten the time of hospitalization,operation,anal exhaust and postoperative intestinal peristalsis,relieve the bad mood,improve the nursing satisfaction and treatment effect of patients,and it is worthy of further promotion.
